Athir Matti
Business Manager / Owner
Athir is responsible for the ongoing success of Waverley House by ensuring our organisations key objectives are met and the core of our philosophies are adhered to.
Athir strives to maintain a safe and functional environment which meets the needs of our residents, staff, and organisation.
Nothing is too big of a job and Athir always goes the extra mile to ensure the Waverley House residents, guests and staff feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
Rita Matti
Facility Manager / Owner
As the Facility Manager, Rita works alongside the Business & Clinical Managers to oversee all aspects of the care provided to our residents as well as running the grounds.
Rita brings her 15 years of experience working in aged care and knows what makes a Rest Home thrive. Rita encourages a positive and functional work environment while managing staff and assisting where required.
You will often find Rita in the office, running daily activities for the residents or in the kitchen baking some treats for morning tea.
Esther van Diest
Clinical Manager / Owner
As Waverley House Clinical Manager, Esther is responsible for all administrative aspects of the facility and promotes a cohesive relationship between our residents and staff members.
Esther works closely with our in-house Doctor, residents, and their families to establish their needs and create well-rounded care plans. Keeping the health and well being of our residents as the number one priority.
With 30 years’ experience in the Aged Care industry, Waverley House runs smoothly under Esther’s watchful eye.
Rachel Watson
Registered Nurse
Our wonderful Registered Nurse Rachel has excellent knowledge in nursing and is passionate about the well-being of our residents.
Rachel ensures Clinical Care is conducted at a high level and consults with other members of our Healthcare Team to evaluate, plan, implement resident care plans.
